The Love Project ~ Pt II

First came the bird, inspired by a print of birds I ordered from this shop on Etsy.  And then came the flowers, a free pattern from The Purl Bee (found here).  I had some boiled wool in the 'I don't know why I bought that' cupboard, a small stack of reds from fire engine to rosewood, and as luck would have it, some pearle cotton thread in all the right colors.

And so the roses bloomed!  Now all that's left is to hang it in the kitchen as the very first Love Project project and enjoy!
